Due to UAFP efforts, adjuncts are now assured:
• Minimum credit rates • Health insurance assistance • Grievance procedures • and much more But there's more to be done.
In 2009 the UAFP won our first collective bargaining agreement.
We achieved a number of advances for adjunct faculty at Pace University campuses in New York City and Westchester. It was a tremendous accomplishment.
