Stipends for COVID Conference Cancellations

The board authorized the treasurer to pay from the professional development fund up to $300 to adjuncts who had been awarded matching PD funding up to $300 by Pace but due to the COVID-19 situation lost money because of conference cancellations.

COVID Remote Learning Compensation

The board authorized President Bill Quinlan to continue discussions with Pace management officials on compensation matters due to the rapid conversion to remote learning for the duration of the spring term.
